I believe that every person holds the innate capacity for healing, growth, and transformation. As a Licensed Professional Counselor-In Training(LPC-IT # 8991-226) at Whole Hearted Wellness, I view counseling as a collaborative journey, one that creates space for self-understanding, meaningful change, and new possibilities.

My approach is rooted in compassion, openness, and inclusivity. I strive to create a safe, affirming environment where all identities are respected, valued, and welcomed. I view people through a holistic lens, recognizing that our well-being is influenced by many interconnected factors, including our biology, environment, culture, relationships, and lived experiences.

I support clients navigating sexual health, intimacy concerns, identity exploration, life transitions, and trauma. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families and am drawn to helping clients strengthen relationships, improve communication, and cultivate deeper connection with themselves and others. Drawing from person-centered, existential, narrative, systemic, relational-cultural, and other evidence-based approaches, I tailor therapy to each client's unique needs and goals. Through empathy, self-reflection, storytelling, and inner child work, I support clients in reconnecting with their authentic selves, reframing limiting beliefs, and developing self-compassion.

Looking ahead, I plan to pursue a Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology to further my understanding of human sexuality, intimacy, and relational well-being. I currently practice under the clinical supervision of Shannon Doherty, LMFT& AAMFT Approved Supervisor (Lic. #918-124). I am also awaiting approval of my Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) license, as I continue working toward dual licensure as both an LPC and LMFT.

I believe healing thrives through meaningful connection, community, and self-understanding. It is a privilege to support clients on their journeys of self-discovery, inner alignment, and personal evolution while helping them feel safe not only within the counseling space, but also within themselves.
