I have been a clinical therapist for 20+ years and I love what I do! I want you to feel truly known and understood to create an environment of trust and safety. From there we collaboratively develop ways to address your concerns through insight, skill building, and useful tools. I welcome the integration of your spiritual beliefs and practices into therapy.
My goal is to come alongside you with your concerns. I find fulfillment from working with those with:
- Fears and anxiety
- Low or depressed mood
- Loneliness
- Relational problems
- Excessive Anger
- ADHD symptoms that hinder accomplishing your goals
- Life transitions like parenting, job changes, grief and loss
- Spiritual concerns
“Friendship … is born at the moment when one man says to another “What! You too? I thought that no one but myself…”
-C.S. Lewis, The Four Loves
