Krystal Leon
LPC-IT & MFT
"I view therapy as an essential form of self-care that creates space for healing, growth, and self-discovery. My approach is to consider the connection between mind and body, integrating holistic and evidence-based practices to support overall well-being. I believe each person is the expert on their own life. My style is patient, flexible, and collaborative, allowing me to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. I enjoy working with young adults (18+) and college students navigating self-discovery, life transitions, and academic stress, with particular expertise in disordered eating/body image concerns, neurodivergence (OCD, ADHD, ASD), and LGBTQ+ support. As a gay woman, I bring both clinical experience and personal understanding to helping students explore gender identity and sexual orientation, including navigating gender-affirming care. I ground my work in fostering self-compassion and helping clients build on their unique strengths to thrive."
