Personal Philosophy and Therapeutic Approach:

As a therapist, my goal is to provide a warm environment where you feel welcomed, safe, and accepted so that we can explore together whatever may have brought you to therapy.  While I provide an integrated therapeutic approach to make sure I am meeting your individual and unique needs, at the core of my work is the Person Centered approach where I strive to help my clients feel seen, heard, and validated throughout every step of the counseling process.  We will work collaboratively together to develop a treatment plan to help you reach your goals.

Experience and Expertise:

While I offer therapy to adults individually (or in a group setting), couples, and families, my expertise lies in working with children, adolescents, and young adults, as I have been a licensed and practicing School Counselor for the last 14 years.  I specialize in and am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults work through various issues that include (but are not limited to):

*Anxiety

*Depression

*Self Harm and Suicidal Ideation

*Healing from Trauma
