Ashley Jolly is a Licensed Professional Counselor-In Training (LPC-IT) supervised by Kevin O'Brien LCSW (License #162-123), LMFT (License #691-124). As a neurodivergent clinician with lived experience of ADHD, she values authenticity and believes that meaningful therapeutic progress begins with a genuine, supportive connection between therapist and client.
Ashley views a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship as the foundation for growth and healing. Her approach is client-centered, compassionate, and collaborative—grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity for change when supported in a safe, affirming environment.
She works with individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including trauma, life stress, depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. Her clinical framework is rooted in psychodynamic theory, while also integrating evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
Ashley is especially passionate about supporting clients ages 14 and up. As a gender-affirming, sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ ally, she is committed to honoring each person’s unique identity and lived experience. She helps clients clarify their values, make room for internal experiences, and move toward lives that align with their deepest beliefs and goals.
Whether clients are seeking to process the past, manage current stressors, or explore who they are becoming, Ashley strives to provide a nonjudgmental space where they can feel seen, heard, and empowered to create lasting change.
